About Our SMS Messaging Program

Innovint LLC operates a follow-up messaging platform for new home builder sales teams. When prospective home buyers visit a model home community and express interest in receiving follow-up communications, our platform sends personalized SMS text messages on behalf of the sales professional they met with.

Messages include helpful information such as community updates, available home inventory, pricing information, and appointment reminders. Our goal is to provide timely, relevant communication that helps buyers make informed decisions about their new home purchase.

How We Collect Consent

We only send messages to individuals who have given their express consent to receive SMS communications. Consent is collected in person at new home builder model home communities through the following process:

    In-Person Visit: A prospective home buyer visits a model home community and meets with a sales professional.
  2. 2
    Verbal Consent: The sales professional asks the buyer if they would like to receive follow-up text messages about available homes, pricing updates, and community information.
  3. 3
    Consent Recorded: The buyer's consent is recorded in our CRM system along with their name, phone number, and the date and location of their visit.
  4. 4
    Confirmation Message: The buyer receives an initial confirmation text message that includes the message frequency (up to 4 msgs/month), a reminder that message and data rates may apply, and instructions to reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
