3. SMS Messaging Program

Innovint LLC operates an SMS messaging program for new home sales follow-up. Consent to receive messages is collected in person when prospective home buyers visit model home communities and provide their phone number along with explicit verbal consent to receive follow-up communications. A record of each consent is maintained in our CRM system.

When you opt in to our SMS messaging program, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Innovint LLC related to new home sales, community updates, appointment reminders, and related information.

  • Consent Method: Verbal consent collected in-person at model home communities during your visit. You will only receive messages if you have provided explicit consent.
  • Message Frequency: Up to 4 messages per month.
  • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
  • Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@innovint.us.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3.1 No Sharing of Mobile Information

We will not sell, share, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent information to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

Your phone number and messaging consent data are used solely by Innovint LLC for the purpose of sending the SMS communications you have consented to receive. This data is never sold, leased, or otherwise provided to third parties for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to the services you have opted in to receive from Innovint LLC.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your non-SMS, non-mobile-number information only in the following limited circumstances:

These providers process messages on our behalf and are prohibited from using your information for their own purposes.

Important: Notwithstanding the above, your mobile phone number and text messaging opt-in consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
