Innovint LLC ("Innovint," "we," "us," or "our") is a sales and customer-acquisition company working on behalf of fiber internet providers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you interact with our representatives, schedule an appointment through us, receive communications from us, or use our website, and how we use and protect it.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact and address information: your name, service address, phone number, and email address, provided by you to a representative, through our website, or as part of an order. Provider serviceability data (whether fiber is available at an address) may be used to determine which homes our representatives visit.
  • Service and order information: your current service type where you share it, the plan or upgrade you selected, appointment date and time, and the status of your order with the provider.
  • Communication records: notes from conversations with our representatives and records of calls, emails, and text messages exchanged with us, including their date and content.
  • Consent records: the date, time, and method by which you agreed to receive communications from us.
  • Website usage data: basic technical information about visits to our website, such as pages viewed and browser type.

2. How we use your information

  • To explain the service and upgrade options available at your address.
  • To schedule, confirm, remind you of, and reschedule installation or upgrade appointments.
  • To submit your order to the internet provider and track it through completion.
  • To respond to your questions and provide customer service.
  • To honor do-not-contact and opt-out requests across every channel.
  • To measure and improve how our team operates.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • With your internet provider. When you schedule an appointment or place an order through us, we provide the provider with the information it needs to fulfill it: your name, service address, contact details, selected service, and appointment time. The provider's use of that information is governed by its own privacy policy.
  • With service providers that support our operations, such as our customer relationship, scheduling, telephony, and email systems, who process information on our behalf and under our instructions.
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Innovint, our customers, or others.
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to the same protections described here.

4. Text message data

If you have consented to receive text messages from us (see Section 4.2 of our Terms of Service), the following applies to your mobile number and consent information:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your mobile number and text-message consent data are used solely by Innovint LLC to send the appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and follow-ups you agreed to receive. They are never sold, rented, or provided to any third party or affiliate for marketing or advertising. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP or contact us for assistance.

5. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls on our systems and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to schedule and complete your appointment, to support you afterward, and to meet our legal and compliance obligations. Consent and do-not-contact records are retained so that we can continue to honor your preferences.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Ask us not to contact you, by any channel, at any time.
  • Opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in Section 10. Some information may be retained where required by law or to honor an opt-out.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
